Product Owner (1-year Contract)

Senior Internal Auditor
The Senior Internal Auditor reports to the Manager, Internal Audit, overseeing financial and operational audits across GCE business areas. Responsibilities include compliance audits to evaluate adherence to gaming regulatory requirements and partner contractual terms. The position may involve participation in consulting engagements adhering to professional best practices. Key tasks encompass testing internal controls, evaluating operational efficiency, providing recommendations, conducting data analytics, and contributing to a safe work environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. Internal Auditors actively ensure compliance with provincial and internal controls, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Logistics Analyst
The Logistics Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Global Logistics, plays a pivotal role in optimizing Jamieson's global logistics network. This involves in-depth analysis to identify and capitalize on opportunities for efficiency and savings. Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing optimization projects, and serving as the subject matter expert in logistics technology. The analyst also monitors and reports on global logistics' financial performance, employs incoterms knowledge, and oversees health, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance within Jamieson's facilities. Additionally, the role addresses opportunities identified in OS&D reports and undertaking other assigned duties or projects.

Coordinator, Programs
Canadian Women & Sport is looking for a full-time Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring seamless program planning, implementation and delivery. Reporting to the Program Manager of their Program Facilitators and Consultants (PFCs), you will work closely with the PFC network, other Program Managers, and Canadian Women & Sport (CWS) staff, providing support, scheduling, training, administration, and maintaining program quality standards. You will also be a part of education development plan, execution of training sessions and community building within the PFC network.

Reporting directly to the Director of Programs, you will collaborate closely with sports leaders and organizations, ensuring the effective realization of their programs while aligning program management strategies with the overarching goals of Canadian Women & Sport (CWS). This role is ideal for an individual who identifies as versatile and adaptable, capable of managing different programs at various stages of development.

Manager, Instructional Design, Education & Training
Canadian Women & Sport is looking for a full-time Manager to lead the development and refinement of educational and training products offered by Canadian Women & Sport (CWS) to sports leaders and organizations. Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will work closely with colleagues in the Programs team, Research and Insights, and their Program Facilitator & Consultant (PFC) network. You will use new and existing research and best practices to support program, workshop, and webinar adaptation/evolution. Using a learner-centred approach, you will lead curriculum development and design engaging content and a process for evaluation and revisions.
