The Sr. Revenue Analysts will work closely with the Manager, Revenue Planning & Analysis in all RPA functions including reporting, analytics, and modelling across all the Media platforms. Successful candidates for these roles will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel. There is a 30-minute test that is part of the interview process, where RSM will be looking to see the overall process, the candidate follows and how they tackle the problem (more important than the answer).
Fit on the team is also very important: these positions roll into a team of 5 (including manager) that works very closely with The Revenue Planning & Analysis (RPA) team of approx. 20 people. The RPA team works very closely together and there is a lot of cross-functional accountability. Anyone that is coming in needs to be very comfortable working as part of a group. They should also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment (adaptation as media changes is very important), and able to handle a workflow that can change day to day as they respond to RSM’s client needs.
