Holacracy
Building a structure that better represents the BTI community of today, BTI will be implementing a new holacracy model later this month.
At a previous Friday meetup, Rosanne Leung introduced the holacracy to our community and shared BTI’s organizational structure evolution to date. If you missed this, would like to learn more about this exciting change or would like to sign up to join a volunteer team, please read more here.
BTI Community Insights Survey
We are currently working on refreshing how we tell our BTI story in some of our corporate and community partner presentations, and no one tells it better than ALL OF YOU. We’ve put together a very brief survey with a few questions to gather insights from our community. Please take a moment to provide your thoughts by filling out the survey here. It will truly be a big help in inspiring our future BTI partners!
