BTI Fall Talent Launch
The Fall Talent Launch is a virtual conference that will provide Black talent the exposure to diverse professional programming. The event will encompass a combination of guest speaker segments and various workshops from personal branding to interviewing, resume, and cover letter writing. The event is set to take place in October 2021 and will provide BTI with the opportunity to connect with their growing Talent pool of 189 Black Professionals. Founded by Justice Faith Betty and Nia Faith, Révolutionnaire began with a mission to democratize dance and revolutionize "nude" apparel and has since evolved into a larger movement to celebrate diversity and empower dreamers to be revolutionary. She is a passionate champion of literacy and the Founding Director of The Reading Partnership (TRP) – a community-based literacy project aimed at promoting and improving literacy in Toronto’s most under-resourced communities.
