Mill Street Brewery Marketing Intern
Mill Street Brewery is a leading craft brewer with a portfolio of over 70 unique and innovative beers. Founded in 2002 in Toronto, it is today the largest brewer of certified organic beer in Canada and produces some of the country’s most environmentally responsible beers. Mill Street Brewery is looking to hire a Marketing Intern.
The Marketing Co-op steps into a cross-functional role on the marketing team, where they will assist in the Mill St. and Brickworks Ciderhouse E-commerce Home Delivery program, support in content planning and creation, photoshoots, and work with the Brand Manager, Community Manager and Associate Digital Manager on developing and measuring organic equity campaigns. Canadian Marketing Association’s DEI Survey of Marketers
The Canadian Marketing Association (CMA), along with their partners listed below, invites you to participate in their second DEI survey of marketers. The survey is available in English and French. Its purpose is to help CMA understand how diverse, equitable and inclusive the Canadian marketing community is for individuals at all stages of their careers. The findings will help them understand how they can cultivate an environment that is inclusive, respectful, and supportive of all.

Black Career Conference
Black Career Conference (BCC) is the largest conference of its kind in Canada, attracting over 500 Black attendees in 2021 to connect with industry professionals. This year, BCC will be a two-day conference on January 14th & 15th. BCC 2022 aims to facilitate connections amongst Black students, graduates, entrepreneurs, and representatives from across industries and
is planned to take place Virtually.
Day 1: Black Entrepreneurship on Friday, January 14th will centre around the BCC Pitch Competition. 8 finalists will be selected to pitch their business ideas. The winners will stand a chance to win their share of $20,000+ in prize money.

Day 2: Black Careers on Saturday, January 15th will include
14 panels with representatives from across industries including medicine, entrepreneurship, real estate, politics, engineering, international development, marketing, insurance, non-profit, graduate studies, technology, accounting, creative & cultural industries, and law
